Maintenance Planner – 6 months - £18.91-£24.10 PH – Sheffield

This role is to manage all aspects of Maintenance activity for the sections, to include technician resources, plant time & spare availability.

Duties are to monitor and report the effectiveness of the maintenance activity to ensuring compliance to and role modelling of expectations of safety and quality, as well as delivering ongoing improvements. Develop the maintenance programme deploying TPM techniques, via analytical data led approach, drive OEE improvement and eliminate waste, breakdown analysis, own and manager the SAP maintenance system for the Sections, ensure purchasing is carried out effectively. Coach technicians to embed culture change, know the legal and compliance responsibilities and apply integrity in all aspects of professional conduct.

Candidates will be highly organised and efficient with good attention to detail, experience of SAP PM, data led analytical and problem solving skills, planning, knowledge of self-disciplined approach to regulations and requirements relating to engineering safety and food production. Learn to do Teach approach, demonstrate a track record of factory engineering with preference towards Food production/FMCG environment, experience based knowledge of TPM, CI Techniques, Kaizen, BDA, Maintenance criticality. Technical qualification in engineering or a related discipline.
