Data Entry Administrator - 3-6 temp to perm - £18-£19k - Warwick

Responsible for accurate processing of  customers’ orders to agreed expectations.  

Provide customers with material orders which includes production of in-house printing and support for stock orders. Accurately and effectively process customer orders and enter learner names onto Quartz for certification and production of skills cards.

Support review of stock levels of all materials, re-ordering stock to maintain minimum levels, stock take and be able to obtain quote from suppliers for replenishing stock.

  • Good Microsoft office 2010 skills, good written and oral communication skills
  • Team working
  • Ability to maintain quality systems processes and maintenance of document audit trails.

Knowledge of stock re-ordering approaches, good customer service skills.
