£24 - £31 per hour

We now have a new and exciting contract role for a Transformation business process analyst to join this world leading manufacturer of quality products within their highly talented Manufacturing business office department.

The Manufacturing business office is responsible for developing and implementing the manufacturing business processes for deployment across the clients global manufacturing footprint

The purpose of this role is to design, develop and deliver the framework and governance processes surrounding the clients  Manufacturing Transformation project.

The successful applicant will work as a key member of the transformation team applying a broad knowledge of analysis techniques,  methods and practices. The analyst will assist in helping develop and co-ordinate the implementation of Manufacturing operation transformation strategy.

Key accountability will be to support and deliver operational processes ensuring deliverables meet strategic objectives within the business area. Other objectives will include making processes achieve efficiencies, looking at ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency aligning with key stakeholders on business value creation along with any other work as directed.

The process analyst must have proven experience of the end-to-end manufacturing processes, experience in business processes, experience of collaboration within a cross functional team, advance knowledge of key business systems and processes ideally to a high level within an engineering discipline.
