Position Description:

** Customer Finance Specialist ** The role will be accountable for managing a portfolio of customer with technical or difficult issues being escalated from the team based in Delhi or from internal Key stakeholders. The position holder will need to have strong Analytical, problem solving and Knowledge of Credit Control and Account Receivable process and techniques in collecting challenging customer deductions, overdue balances and resolving the underlying issue.

Skills Required:

The holder will also be required to co-ordinate and chair key Governance Meeting with Senior Stakeholders in the business. Attend customer premises to discuss and recover invalid debt with Senior stakeholders within the customer’s organisations. The role will require the ownership of a Key Deduction type for example Trade, Pricing, Delivery etc. and drive deductions down, by collaborating with and closely business partnering the Sales function, Customer Development Executives (“CDE”) team and the MBS Customer Finance analysts to ensure strong two-way relationships that effectively manage debt collection and quickly resolve disputes.
