Occupational Health Administrator/Receptionist - Birmingham - £11.08 per hour - 36 hours

Working for a large international company, an internal and busy Occupational Health Department requires a Medical Receptionist/Administrator to act as first point of contact for booked in patients and walk-ins.

 * This is a 3 month contract with the opportunity to be extended for the right person*  

Duties include answering all incoming calls, assisting patients with their questions and requests.  Booking patients into the system upon arrival, logging no-shows and arranging appointments. Candidates with a previous experience of medical adminstration/Reception would be a distinct advantage.

Patient record management/filing is an important aspect of the role to maintain efficiency in this busy department.  Candidates must be aware of GDPR privacy protocols to protect all patient information.  All records and sensitive patient information must be handled in line with GDPR guidelines.
