This leading European manufacturer is looking for an experienced project administrator to be the main point of contact between the sales team, service team and customers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer liaison skills and a passion for providing excellent service.

Responsibilities include:

  • Generating quotations for clients
  • Assisting with all administrative processes to ensure that projects are completed to customer specifications
  • Arranging transportation for the product to be delivered to the client from Europe
  • Following up on each project for feedback to assist with continuous improvement of service levels
  • Organising sales and training events
  • Booking Sales Team travel when required

Skills required:

  • Excellent organisation and administration skills
  • Professional presentation
  • SAP experience desirable
