Working within an Accounts receivable process this role is to liaise with customers, billing departments and finance teams to ensure invoices are processed and paid.

Duties are to assist credit control processes, complete assigned period-end tasks to tight monthly deadlines, general ledger and sub ledger reconciliation's, prepare and post sales accruals and deferrals journals, maintain corresponding reconciled month schedules.

Candidates will be able to work under pressure, be customer focused, AAT qualified or work experience within a busy accountancy department, experience of working with SAP and Excel, raising invoices chasing PO’s  and can think on their feet.
