Working within a HR function this role is supporting the business across a range of HR activity from Hire to Retire.

Duties are to support the business over a range of HR activity, focus on excellent customer service whilst providing a great place to work through an outcome base, integrate the global scale with simplified and standardised processes and technologies, promote common ways of working with the positive end user experience, provide a talent pool for HR, create job specs, schedule interviews, provide reimbursements at the time of interview, and booking rooms.

Candidates will be fluent in French, experience of using a process supporting system as well as administrative/coordination an HR environment, strong customer service skills with the ability to handle complex tasks, attention to detail with strong prioritisation skills.
