Working within a HR department this role is to write employee correspondence and manager employee data.

Duties are to write employee correspondence including contracts, letters, manage employee data maintenance and workforce administration, mass uploads, individual data correction for personal data, pay/work schedule change, cost centre changes, long term illness, retirement, salary and employment notifications. Update SHARP HR an payroll data.

Candidates must speak fluent French, have excellent customer service systems and data knowledge, experience of customer service, administration, HR experience would be a distinct advantage.
