Group Scrum Master - Gaydon - Hyrbid - £50.50 PH Umbrella 1 year Contract

Working within a group which key activity is to bring vehicle to final launch.

Duties are to guide an coach team members in self management and cross functionality to help the scrum team to focus on creating high value product increments to meet the removal of obstacles to Scrum team to progress, ensure scrum events take place and are positive, productive and kept within the time box, help stakeholders to approach complex work from  tools and processes usage perspective, change management, governing effective product goal and product backlog management, facilitate stakeholder collaboration, facilitate retrospective (improve team efficiency) daily stand ups and spring planning, ensure agile ceremonies are scheduled, prepare meeting materials for group Sync meetings to ensure effective info flow to team members, and review performance charts every spring to pinpoint challenges.

Candidates will have Agile experience and Automotive Product development hardware with delivery experience.
