Working for a food manufacturer who are developing the next generation of Makers & Bakers this role is to join an early career stage in their fast paced and ever changing environment.

The role for a technician to operate Pilot Plant equipment to make samples based on details instructions from the Cocoa ingredients team Scientists, roasting cocoa beans and making the liquid that makes chocolate, admin tasks, collage data and process data.

Candidates will have  Ideally experience of working in a catering or food manufacturing environment or Food/Chemistry graduate looking for their first role. Ability to work unsupervised attention to detail, practical, keen attention to detail, self-motivated with a background in manufacturing equipment.
